I first had contact with Deepak in 2004 when Infosofttech tended for some work but the project on our side in the end never got approval. Roll on 2008 and we were let down and needed some work done quickly, I emailed a few people including Infosofttech who replied straight away, a phone call later, they agreed to do it and was on the job - that was what I call service! He took and did the job on trust and I managed to meet my deadline. More importantly there was no "making the job more complicated than it actually is" talk. Anyway since then InfoSoft have done all my work and I have passed them on to other companies. I still deal with Infosofttech mainly by email, being in India makes no difference (in fact its great sometimes, depending on where you are in the world - progress is made over night), they answers quickly and has a sense if any urgencies are involved and always keeps me informed. Oh yes, and the rates are very reasonable.
